I had the pleasure of attending a conference about implicit bias. The implicit biases that people unconsciously harbor perpetuate unfair treatment and failures among groups with strong stereotypes set against that group. We all should learn more about ourselves and understand what subconscious biases we have that we consciously attempt suppress in order to take the next step in materializing the dream of equality and one nation under God.
